Customer Card

These terms and conditions define the rules for issuing and using the LOYALTY CARD provided by Bagińscy SPA, hereinafter referred to as the CARD.

Any person who has made reservations and stayed at Bagińscy SPA three times, has personally paid for their stay, and whose name appears in the resort’s guest registration database is eligible to receive the CARD.

The CARD entitles its holder to a 10% discount on stays at Bagińscy SPA.

The discount associated with the CARD applies starting from the fourth stay.

The CARD is personal and assigned an individual number.

Only the CARD holder is authorized to use the CARD, which means that the right to discounts and other privileges resulting from possession of the CARD cannot be transferred to another person.

The CARD entitles the holder to a discount for one room.

The discount does not apply to promotional stays.
